Privacy notice
A one-person workshop doesn't need much data, and this site collects nothing beyond what it takes to answer you and post a parcel. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, no profiling, and nothing sold or shared for marketing - not as a policy promise, but because none of it is installed.
Who's responsible
Andra Liv Bokbinderi, andralivbokbinderi.se. Reach the person responsible through the contact page.
If you write through the contact form
Stored: your name, your email address, your message, and the IP address and browser string of the request. The first three to be able to answer you; the last two to tell a person from a spam bot and to block floods. Basis: legitimate interest in replying to you and keeping the form usable. Kept while the conversation is useful, then deleted.
If you buy something
Stored: your name, email, delivery address and what you ordered - needed to perform the contract and post the parcel, and kept for seven years because Swedish bookkeeping law requires it of sales records.
The payment itself is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, acting as processor. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's page and are never received or stored here; what comes back is a confirmation, the amount, and the delivery address you gave. Stripe's own privacy policy covers their processing.
Your address goes on a PostNord label. That's the only other place it travels.
Cookies
The public shop sets none. Stripe's payment page sets what it needs to process a payment, on Stripe's domain, not this one. The private admin panel uses one session cookie, which no visitor ever receives.
Your rights
You can ask what's held about you, have it corrected, have it erased (except what bookkeeping law requires us to keep), get a copy, or object to the processing. Write through contact and you'll get an answer within a month.
If the answer doesn't satisfy you, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
