Withdraw from a purchase

You have 14 days from the day the parcel reaches you to withdraw from an online purchase, with no reason needed. Fill in your name, your email and which order it is, and confirm: the acknowledgement, with the date and time it was received, goes to the email you give.

The refund is made no later than 14 days after I receive this, to the payment method you used. Conditions, and who pays return postage, are on Returns & exchanges.

Pressing the button withdraws from the purchase. Writing to me any other way counts too - this form is just the quickest, and the one that gives you an acknowledgement on the spot.
